Engaging the entire system in understanding what the future can look like, what the present is, where the gaps are, how to prioritize and close these gaps-through data gathering, best practices and critical reflection-and how to create an action plan in a way that we are accountable to each other for our behaviors and actions is the essence of a powerful change process. Perhaps most importantly, any systemic change process must have at its core the fundamental question of how this process will positively impact its constituents.
Within any given system, this means asking questions such as, "What does this mean for our constituents? How and why will it impact organizational growth and development? How will this create a better world for all who live or work within this system?"
