CSSP has engaged us to customize their highly successful process "Strategic Planning for Small to Mid-Sized Companies" for the educational market. Our work with schools and school systems is built around CSSP's proprietary planning model. It is a streamlined, hands-on methodology designed to ensure that course and direction are well thought-out, and that the resources of the school and/or school system are sharply focused in support of that course and direction.

Leadership Academies

Rarely do principals and/or administrators have the opportunity to focus on both their professional and personal leadership journey. School Change Initiatives

We offer a customized process that will guarantee actionable results for whatever changes you desire to pursue. Some examples of change initiatives we have facilitated include: developing a non-punitive code of conduct, integrating technology into different areas of curriculum and developing a community-based process to re-engage failing students.

Federal Grants

We have worked on a variety of federal and state grant initiatives with K-12 school districts. Our speciality is focused on aligning the outcomes of the various grant projects with the mission and vision of the district. Examples of the grants with which we have worked include one of the largest Technology Innovation Challenge Grants ever awarded by the federal Department of Education and the recent Safe Schools, Healthy Students grant.
